World-renowned artist, illustrator and cartoonist Ralph Steadman, was The Best of… Art Competition’s head judge, he was joined by professional photographer Rikard Osterlund and editor of award winning arts magazine WOW Kent Emma Dewhurst to assist with the final shortlist.
