The subject knowledge of teaching staff recruited by the senior management team is excellent and teachers share the vision that the team has created. All show a strong commitment to the success of the college. The creation of a friendly community which enables students to realise their potential is the focus of all staff.

The real strength of any school is the quality of its team of staff. At RIC, there is very little teacher turn over, ensuring consistency for students.
We are able to recruit and retain the very best teachers by offering a wonderfully civilised and stimulating environment in which to work. We do not use supply or agency teachers.
Our teaching style is positive, enthusiastic and encouraging. Many of our teachers are also A level and GCSE examiners, textbook authors, film makers, musicians and artists.
Equally important is the commitment our administrative, maintenance, catering, driving and housekeeping staff put in to ensuring our students are happy, safe and well fed.
