The event is a great opportunity to learn more about the College and our distinctive approach to education.
RIC Head of Sixth Form Dr Todd Dedman will give a welcome talk about choosing A level subjects, teaching, extra-curricular activities and pastoral care offered by the College. Visitors are encouraged to speak to our specialist teachers about A level subject content, teaching and assessment.
Last year we had visiting speakers on entry to Medical School, Oxbridge and US and international universities.
Booking through eventbrite is essential.
Year 7 taster days
3 November 2017 and 24 January 2018 10am-3pm
Join us for one of our fun and educational days.
RIC is delighted to offer Year 5 and 6 students, who are considering entry into Year 7 the opportunity to attend our Taster Day on the following Wednesday in the spring term.
Students will experience a typical day in our small school setting, attending a mixture of academic and creative ‘Bitesize’ lessons as well as staying for a home cooked lunch. We hope that this experience will give prospective students a useful insight into what it is like to be a student at RIC.
Parents are very welcome to stay for a coffee and an informal chat with the Head of the Lower School, Kelly Flatman, and have a tour of the school campus.
For further information please contact the Head of Lower School at RIC, Kelly Flatman.
Sixth Form Taster Days
In order to really understand how we work and to get a better idea of our A-level subject choices, why not come along to RIC for a sixth form taster day? We arrange informal taster days throughout the year. Please contact Head of Sixth Form at RIC, Dr Todd Dedman
