What can I do with a degree in Geography? - A Geography student is armed with an artillery of transferable skills which has led to professions including, and not exhausting, cartography, commercial/ residential surveyor, environmental consultancy, Geographical Information Systems officer, teaching, town planning. A Geographical degree is also useful for astronomy, international aid/ development work, landscape architect, logistics and distribution managers, market researchers, risk analysis, conservationist, sustainability consultancy, and also in the tourism and transport industry.
